The Fund for Women & Girls amplifies and strengthens community partnerships, creates pathways to collaboratively establish and grow a sustainable resource, and invests toward long-term change for women and girls in the Mahoning Valley.
Impact Builder Grants
Applications for the Fund for Women & Girls' Impact Builder Grants are NOW OPEN. Finalists will present their projects to supporters of the Fund at an event May 15 to earn their share of $2,900 in grant funding. Start your application in our online portal HERE.

CFMV pools the financial contributions of our kindhearted donors, called Shareholders.
Spending Policy
Our spending policy ensures that this permanently endowed fund is carefully managed for long-term stability and growth.
Committee
Priorities and overall direction are driven by a committee of local volunteers, known as the Fund’s Guiding Circle.
Members are Jana Coffin, Deb Cunningham, Mandy Fehlbaum, Pat Murpy, LaShale Pugh, Lisa Resnick, Sharon Stringer, Cheryl Strother, Ra'Cole Taltoan and Samie Winick.

Gems of the Valley
This annual event is a heartwarming way to recognize amazing women not often in the spotlight but very much the driving force behind innovative, successful initiatives in the Mahoning Valley. We proudly honor these women as examples of what is possible when a good cause is tackled with vision, hard work and support from others.
Women Warriors
This special recognition initiative honored and celebrated the many courageous women who organized relief and response efforts in the Mahoning Valley during the early months of the COVID-19 crisis.
